Cancellation Policy

Full refund when cancelled in writing before 14 days of the event.  If canceled within 13 days of the event date a refund in the amount paid (minus the non-refundable 25% deposit) will be returned to the customer. However, the customer can use the deposit to re-book the event up to 1 year from the original event date. The full amount of the new booking price will be due at the time of re-booking minus the initial deposit. No refund when canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

In the event that MagiKal Moments cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as dangerous weather or emergencies, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.

By finalizing your booking, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy contained within these terms and conditions.
